............................................................................................................................................

Cook some cooling, convenient, & delicious foods, in harmony w/ summer’s nature. Ayurvedic Cooking is a beautiful art of vegetables, spices, oils, and sauces that that takes into account kala (the time of day, year, and life), dosha (your individual body-mind constitution), and agni (the state of your digestive fire). Ayurveda uses a variety of spices and includes all six tastes in meals for greater efficiency of digestion and satisfaction of eating.

We will cover basics of ayurvedic philosophy, cooking methods by season, effects of foods and tastes, tips on traveling with food and keeping things simple.
