Breema Bodywork

The aim of Breema is to decrystallize the body and decondition the mind and feelings, to guide us towards our natural state of balance. The bodywork facilitates a taste of presence in the body that becomes the foundation of a new dimension of Consciousness. Breema’s profound philosophy affords deep and coherent insight into the nature of the body and health. Its commonsense wisdom guides the practitioner to support the body’s instinctive healing energy.

Received fully clothed, Breema is usually practiced on a padded floor. Unique in its inherent expression of the Nine Principles of Harmony, Breema eliminates the need for any force by the practitioner. Instead, it uses the natural mechanics, rhythm, and relaxed weight of the practitioner’s body to create a precise and dynamic balance that is profoundly comfortable, enjoyable, and beneficial for both recipient and practitioner.

® Breema is a service mark of The Breema Center.

Breema Sessions
Similar in appearance to Ayurvedic Marma treatment, Breema emphasizes a quality of touch based on the principle of non-judgement and on the balance between gentleness and firmness, receptivity and activity. Rather then focusing on illness or imbalance, it supports that which is already vital in the recipient.
